Following the rise of Mahalia Jackson’s career from a young girl singing in her mother’s front yard to her international stardom, “Remember Me” is a biopic on the life of Gospel singer Mahalia Jackson, her rise and challenges in the music industry, her unbreakable bond with Dr. Martin Luther King and her dramatic impact on the Civil Rights Movement.

This biopic is the remarkable true story of the music icon’s journey to find her voice and become the Queen of Gospel.

Premiering  in South Florid at the  I Will Tell International Film Festival 2022 as our OPENING GALA.

The event will include tributes to the Director, Denise Dowse who sadly passed away on August 13, 2022, a few weeks after giving her last public interview at the I Will Tell London film festival.

Joining us for the Q&A will be Writer and Executive Producer  Ericka Nicole Malone & Producer Vince Allen.

RED CARPET at 6:00pm. Doors open at 6:45pm and the Programme will start at 7:00pm followed by a Q&A.
