Zainab is a writer and filmmaker. She has authored several storybooks, screenplays, and written and directed five short films, two short documentaries and one feature-length documentary Shot, the Voice of Freedom.

Her creative works have garnered recognition and have been officially selected in over 140 international film festivals.
