Every Life Counts
Every Life Counts
Four women set out to ride Australia’s first quad tandem bicycle 4,000 kilometres from Perth to Sydney. Their goal is simple, start conversations about mental health and suicide, and give people a chance to share their stories. Over six weeks on the road, the team travels through regional towns, small communities and major cities, meeting Australians from all walks of life. Some have lost loved ones to suicide. Others have lived through their own mental health struggles. As stories are shared, the ride becomes about much more than the kilometres ahead. Alongside the people they meet, the documentary follows the riders themselves their reasons for taking on the challenge, the highs and lows of life on the road, and the personal experiences that connect them to the cause. EVERY LIFE COUNTS is a road trip documentary about connection, conversation and the people behind the statistics, showing how a simple conversation can make a difference.
